Shipping policy
Processing Time
Each item is individually curated and handcrafted in small batches. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: $8.00 (delivery in 5-7 business days after shipment)
- Express Shipping: $15.00 (delivery in 2-3 business days after shipment)
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders $75 and up
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing plus the shipping transit time. During peak seasons or holidays, processing and delivery may take longer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
